Cancellations by You
More than 10 days notice:  You will receive a full credit equal to the purchase price of your booking.

Between 10 days and 48 hours notice:  You will receive a 50% credit of the purchase price.

Less than 48 hours notice:  Unfortunately, no credit or reimbursement can be provided as I have already purchased ingridients.


Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as COVID lockdowns, earthquakes, or other emergencies), we will postpone the workshop, private class, or corporate event.  If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit voucher valid for use within the following 12 months.


Peak Season Bookings (15th Nov - 15th Feb)
A 10% booking fee is required during this period.  If you need to cancel, this fee is non-refundable however it is transferable as credit toward another date.
