A culinary adventure in my kitchen which will introduce you to the world of Naples, Italy – the city where I was born and where I lived for 30 years before moving to Christchurch with my Kiwi husband.
Welcome to those that are inspired by the Italian culture and passion for language and food, or are learning the language, a good way to do conversation together.
In a wonderful location, Sumner, only few steps from the beach, book one or more classes, learn in a fun Italian atmosphere, cook and eat what we prepare together!
Everyone gets a chance to try their hands at several techniques, from making fresh egg pasta dough to turning out gorgeous little potato gnocchi or learning simple secrets of a tasty Risotto!

Large group are welcome for Neapolitan Pizza workshop!
Classes run for two hours and include antipasto, primo piatto and dessert; all organic ingredients are provided.
Book your own night with friends from Monday to Sunday, for lunch class or evening or just join the class!

Private Cooking classes

Authentic Pizza workshop for lunch or dinner up to 40 people

Organise your own workshop with your friends and you will be able to learn all about authentic Neapolitan Pizza cooked in a real wood Pizza oven. Clotilde will introduce you to the art of making Pizzas, everybody get change to have hands in flour and we will taste different type of pizza : Margherita, Marinara, prosciutto e funghi, Pizza Salame piccante, fresh tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella and rocket, Pizza Calzone, Pizza 4 stagioni! You don't need to go in Naples to taste a real Pizza. BYO available

Cooking class using your own kitchen with a minim of 10 people

Invite your friends, family or just colleagues and stay home in your own comfort. Clotilde come to you and she will cook and demonstrate how to make fresh pasta or fresh little potatoes gnocchi! 3 course menu and dinner will be served. Class last 3 hours with a bit of pre preparation. Cost depends on menu you will choose!

Fresh Pasta Class

Private class for only 2 people! 2 hours class with 2 main courses menu, 2 antipasto choices and dessert! If you want have a relax night with your partner join this class! The chef will cook only for you! $220 pp and BYO

Fresh Gnocchi from Sorrento class

Work function with big group / Cooperative Events /

This workshop is perfect for small or big company! I wi use commercial kitchen in 3 different venues here in Sumner or in town! I will organise a great menu for your event and we can incorporate a Master chef class! 3 courses menu with BYO 3 hours class Ideal for Christmas or middle winter work function!

Force majeure events

Cancellations and Refunds You may also cancel a booking at your discretion by giving notice to me! In the event that you cancel your booking: If you send me more than 7 days notice prior to the booking date, I will reimburse you with a full credit for the purchase price of your booking. If you send me less 7 days notice but more than 24 hours notice prior to the booking time, I can reimburse you with a credit worth 50% of the purchase price of your booking. If you give me less than 24 hours notice I am unable to give you any reimbursement! In the event of a COVID lockdowns or other circumstances out of my control like earthquakes , I will either: Postpone the workshop/ private class / corporate event; In the event that you can not make the new postponement dates, I will give you credit by vouchers that can be used in the next following year!
