Welcome to anyone inspired by Italian culture! Whether you love the language, the food, or are learning to speak Italian and want to practise in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Join me for a culinary adventure in my kitchen, where you’ll be introduced to the flavours of Naples, the city where I was born and lived for 30 years before moving to Christchurch with my Kiwi husband.

Located in the beautiful Sumner, just steps from the beach, get immersed in an authentic Italian atmosphere.  Everyone gets hands-on experience, from making fresh egg pasta dough to shaping delicate potato gnocchi, and discovering the simple secrets behind a delicious risotto.

Classes run for two hours and include antipasto, primo piatto and dessert; all organic ingredients are provided.
